(As guided by the Holy Spirit)
If you have been praying for financial breakthrough in your life for weeks, months or even years, this article is for you. Yes, today is the day God will open His gates for you, and once you pray according to His will, you will receive more than you desire, more than you deserve.
It really doesn't matter what you have been praying for or how much is that amount that you need or what is your emergency. If God is not answering your prayers for a long time, the problem lies somewhere else. What problem you might be thinking. Let me uncover the part of “Your Brain” where the problem lies.
The Bible in James 4:3 clearly mentions {When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures}. Here the Holy Spirit clearly mentions that your motives behind your demands are wrong and thus you don’t receive. But most of you, at this point of time, might be thinking that that’s not true. You have no foul desires in your heart and your conscience is perfectly clear. In most of the cases the above mentioned verse literally is not a problem. So what exactly is the problem?
Matthew 6:24 {No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon}. Here Jesus clearly mentions that no man can serve both God and mammon (money).
In your heart you know that you can never be a servant to money. But that’s not true. Let me tell you about the tools of the devil that he employs to enslave you. Exodus 21: 7-11 {If a man sells his daughter as a servant, she is not to go free as male servants do. If she does not please the master who has selected her for himself, he must let her be redeemed. He has no right to sell her to foreigners, because he has broken faith with her. If he selects her for his son, he must grant her the rights of a daughter. If he marries another woman, he must not deprive the first one of her food, clothing and marital rights. If he does not provide her with these three things, she is to go free, without any payment of money}. Here the Holy Bible clearly mentions that a master can marry a slave girl. So that way the master becomes the husband, we can say, the husband is the master in this case. It really doesn’t matter what your intentions are regarding the money you’re about to receive through prayers. The intention could be a very noble one. Your need could be a very genuine one. All that really doesn’t matter. Under any circumstances if Jesus answers your prayers and provides you the money, without you getting rid of the real problem, you will become a slave to mammon (money). And this is how it could happen. The devil has already impregnated your mind with evil thoughts and desires that you wish to fulfill once you receive the money. Why do I call them “evil”? Since they would be born in your life through the presence of the devil (money) and as time flies they will get stronger and stronger and you will get weaker and weaker till the day you die spiritually. You have already conceived the seeds of the devil (money). That’s the reason why God doesn’t listen to your prayers because the Holy Spirit knows, as written in 1 Timothy 6:9 {Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction}.
So what should you do so that your prayers get answered?
Let go of every thought and plan, every single one, no matter how good or noble or necessary it might seem to you or other, from your mind. Bind them with the power of the Holy Spirit and wash them away with the blood of Jesus, in the mighty name of Jesus. Empty your mind. Free your mind from those evil seeds. Let go of the seeds of the devil because when the money comes, the Holy Spirit will guide you in every possible way, and lead you in the right path, where you will not stumble but walk smoothly, not fall but rise.
